1. How will my products ship?

We ship your products from Belgium by BPOST. BPOST partners with DHL and DPD in Europe, so it’s possible your package will be delivered by one of these carriers.

2. When will my order arrive?

After receiving your order, we ship within 24-48 hours. The transit time depends on your location. Please check the table below.

3. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Then you can eagerly countdown the days until delivery!

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Europe is charged at a fixed rate of 7.50 EUR.
Orders above 75 EUR are shipped for free.

5. Are all YAY products vegan?

Yes! All our products are vegan certified by Peta.

6. Are all YAY products cruelty free?

Yes! They all carry the cruelty free label by Peta.

7. What is your packaging made of?

Our bottles are made from PETG, a better version of the traditional PET that is also easily recyclable.
The outer packaging is made using recyclable paper.

How long can I keep using opened products?

After opening, our products are good to use anywhere between 6 to 12 months. Please check the expiry icon on your bottle.
